Whether you’re warming up before your hunt or enjoying an afternoon on the ranch, our skeet range adds an exciting, competitive, and unforgettable element to the 5J experience. It’s a guest-favorite way to kick off an upland trip, spend time with your group, and enjoy the ranch in true Texas style.
All guests who book an upland bird hunt receive access to our complimentary skeet ring time on arrival day.
Complimentary Skeet Window:
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Arrival Day)
One hour of skeet ring use included
This is the perfect opportunity to get settled, enjoy the ranch atmosphere, and start your trip with a little friendly competition before dinner.
Private Skeet Shooting & Range Fees
For guests who want additional skeet time outside of the complimentary window, we offer private range access for a more personalized experience.
Hunting Clients (Private Use Outside Complimentary Hours)
Private skeet use for hunting clients includes ranch staff support and requires:
- Ranch guide supervision
- $1.00 per bird
- 75 bird minimum
Observer / Non-Hunting Guests
Guests visiting the ranch as observers may also reserve skeet shooting time with the following minimum package:
- $350 minimum
- Includes 10 user rounds of skeet
- Includes a range hand and operator
